Rising Elevations was founded with Heart, Purpose, and a Deep Desire to make a difference.  Owned by Nina and Jimmy Bourda, this Independent 

Living Home is more than just a place it’s a Mission rooted in Love, Service, and Community.

Nina has worked in healthcare for over 15 years and holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration. Currently serving in a Leadership Role for a Healthcare Organization, she sees firsthand the real needs of individuals in our community those who simply need support, Dignity, and a stable place to Rebuild. Jimmy, who works in Government, shares that same passion for helping others and bringing Hope where it’s needed most.

After years of managing Short-Term Rentals, we felt called to shift our focus to do something more meaningful. That calling led us back to where it all began: Brookfield. This home, our very first Independent Living Facility, is also Jimmy’s childhood Home. It holds years of Memories, Love, and Growth. Now, it’s time to open those doors to others to create New memories, New beginnings, and a Safe, supportive place for individuals to Rise.

Rising Elevations isn’t just a name it’s Our Promise. A promise to lift others, to meet them where they are, and to walk with them as they take steps toward Independence, Healing and Hope.
